So what have we learnt in this E-bay project?
To start with when we spoke to our classmates they generally said that it was really hard to sell on E-bay.
This is where the 4 p's come in hand very well!
Personally we think that the most important one is the actual product so in our case we choose a product that we knew had a high demand on the market. Also Balenciaga being a very big company. Their actual marketing strategy and advertising helped us out very well by selling this branded bag.
Thats the difference between us and the other ones in the same project. Our logotype on the bag helped us sell it dramatically better than even we expected.
Then it comes to price.
The white bag that we sold for £385 + £10 postage fee where provenly a perfect price the bidding ended there and thats most probably the best price we also could get for it.
We had it showing on a Place that the whole world could see it if they where looking for a bag at the specific time.
Then our winning strategy using saying that u can see celebrities carrying around the bag is the best promotion we can think of..
Conclusion we are the best E-bay team =)
